Loan Sansar is a loan aggregation and facilitation platform. We are not a bank, NBFC, or direct lender. We connect borrowers with registered banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Loan approval, interest rates, and terms are determined solely by the respective lender.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be a resident citizen of India
• Have a valid PAN card and Aadhaar number
• Meet the minimum income requirements of our partner lenders
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application

4. Loan Application Process

When you submit a loan application through our platform:

• You authorize us to share your information with our partner banks and NBFCs
• You consent to credit bureau checks being performed on your profile
• You understand that submission does not guarantee loan approval
• You agree to provide additional documents as requested by lenders

5. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Submitting false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and could constitute fraud under applicable laws.

6. Fees and Charges

Loan Sansar's services are generally free for borrowers. We receive referral fees from partner lenders. Any fees charged by lenders (processing fees, prepayment charges, etc.) are as per the lender's standard terms and will be disclosed before loan disbursement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Loan Sansar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Loan Sansar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using our services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
